After lending to buy/fix/flip investors for several years, CAMG saw an opportunity in direct real estate investing. CAMG and/or its partners have purchased, rehabilitated, and sold over 2000 properties in the tri-state area, focusing on 1-4 family residential homes.
Since 2008, CAMG began focusing primarily on purchasing 1st and 2nd lien performing and non-performing residential mortgage loans and REO properties.
CAMG has built proprietary pricing models as a result of management’s extensive experience in the mortgage origination history and hedge fund industry. CAMG’s pricing, due diligence and asset management expertise results in disciplined purchases of select assets that provide for strong cashflows, and high investor yields, when loans are re-sold or internally liquidated.
